He seems like a friendly, cheerful alligator! I would have tossed some coins into his bucket!
Most charity collectors decked out in silly costumes look embarrassed by their outfits. This one was enjoying rattling his bucket yesterday outside Boots in George Street; he's obviously the exception that proves the rule!
