Chalk and cheese
The weather's strange at the moment with any two consecutive days as alike as chalk and cheese. This is yesterday's sky over George Street; today's sky is solid dull grey without a hint of blue. I wonder what tomorrow will bring...

Another September
The sky's grey all over and it's humid today. The sort of overcast day when you can't quite make out where sea ends and sky begins; unlike the sea/sky definition in this photograph taken in September 2010 near Hove Lagoon.

Big Top
I managed to miss taking photos of the circus-at-the-end-of-the-road on this year's visit; here's one of the Big Top going up taken by guest blogger, Mairead.

Another fine day

Better weather
Just when I'm thinking about wearing woolly socks and warmer clothes, the weather forecasters predict better weather this week with sunshine and temperatures in the 20s. Sunday got the week off to a good start - this is Western Road looking towards Brighton.
