The UK is having an awful lot of wet weather; even on a dry day there are large pools of standing water which can't drain away. The reflection shows the Brills Lane side of The Mariner.
It's the same here in Brussels ! It rains cats and dogs. My friend in Eastbourne told me that they never had such a weather in December since they live there (2007)!
