What a difference a day makes! Today is warm, dry and sunny; it's the perfect weather for going out for a stroll.  The road on the left is New Church Road, B2066, and the one on the right is Sackville Road, A2023.

The inscription reads: Sacred to the memory of Rear Admiral Sir John Hindmarsh, Knt. K. H. who died on the 29th. of July 1860 aged 76 years. 
Also in memory of Susannah Wilson Lady Hindmarsh, the beloved wife of the above who died on the 2nd. of April 1859 aged 73 years. 
Also in memory of Ann Hindmarsh, sister of the above who died on the 13th. of February 1859 aged 70 years. 
Prepare to meet thy God.

Also of Eliza, his beloved wife who died 20th October 1883 in her 75th year. And of Ann Edwards, sister of the above Eliza Barnett, died 25th November 1886 in her 85th year.

Lieut Colonel Henry Hebden

The inscription reads: Sacred to the memory of Lieut Colonel Henry Hebden. Late 5(?)th Regiment. Died October 24th 1879, in the 90th year of his age. 
And of Mary Ann, widow of the above. Died March 18th 1887.
Believe and thou shall be saved.
