Quarter Deck

This part of Hove seafront is called the Quarter Deck; on the map, it's the section to the south of Medina Terrace.

On the grey side

It's been awfully grey and rather chilly during the last couple of days. I took this photo yesterday on a walk along an almost deserted Hove seafront.

Change of name

I know this plant as Senecio greyii; it's been renamed Brachyglottis Sunshine.

Scented

Mexican Orange Blossom, Choisya ternata.
