Sailing away

Liz came to stay last weekend and is guest blogger on HDP this week. The weather was lovely down by the seashore; warm enough to sit happily on a seafront bench, knitting, chatting and watching boats sailing leisurely past.

Such a pretty mosaic, but what a shame the number plaque's been attached with screws that rust.

Limescale

We have very hard tap water down here on the coast. I flushed this little lot of scale out of my kettle - the largest piece is about 2.5cm (1") across.
