It's back

After nearly a year of scaffolding, building work, noise and dirt, I've got my balcony back! The floor and bench are now clean and I can go out with coffee in hand on a warm, still day like today and enjoy the view.

Hi Julie! Combination of slow builders, bad weather (!), building firm going bankrupt (!) and a "let's take a long time to do this" approach!
