Don't often see this
Hove Street in the morning without its customary parked cars and vans; all ready for road marking to be carried out today as indicated by the yellow signs. The whiteliners arrived, inspected, and half an hour later, all the signs were taken down. Probably someone had remembered that they'd repainted the street markings in November.

How law abiding! In our road the contractor gave up trying to install a new telegraph pole because no one took any notice of the "No Parking" and "Advance Warning" signs.
But then Walthamstow is not as genteel as 'ove.
