Perhaps as a youngest daughter of Herbert Croft, she took care of him in his old age after the death of her mother and therefore never married. I hope he appreciated her sacrifice. She lived a good age.

Unusual to have daughter of for someone who died so late in life. Maybe her father was an important man and warranted a mention?

I wonder what 'Charter HOuse London' was. Hang on. Ahha, it was a schools and almshouse. Perhaps the father had been involved with the school in some non-religious role and they took care of his daughter after his death.

The mason had a individual manner of abbreviating words, don't you think?

The inscription on the grave seems rather rushed! Not so well laid out for lasting presentation! An interesting one!
