This is the beginning of Western Esplanade, a private road of large, white-painted houses facing the sea at the western end of Hove seafront. The beach in front of the houses is private too.

Means the likes of us can't go spy on Zoe Ball and Heather Mills. Nice bit of beach, too damn them! Oh well. Nothing for it but to become a millionaire, eh?
